Navaho Designs does not offer rainchecks if a product is unavailable.
Back Orders are available on specified products, notification will be sent to you in regards to delivery time for those items. Some items can take 3 to 4 weeks before delivery. If you are not prepared to wait that time, a full refund will be provided.
Navaho Designs uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. Navaho Designs uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. If using Direct Deposit leave your order number as a reference. It will take a few days for the payment to appear in our account, goods will be posted as soon as payment is received.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY, Pay Pal or Navaho Designs containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and we will notify you if this occurs. Refund & Returns Policy
For your convenience Navaho Designs has taken the time to provide quality photos, detailed descriptions and measurements of items to help prevent the need for returns. We enforce strict quality control of all goods prior to posting so we can assure the products we are sending are as described with no major faults. Our aim is your satisfaction.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, Navaho Designs does not offer refunds or exchange simply because you changed your mind, so please read all the information provided carefully before purchasing.
If the product we have provided is not significantly as described or has a major fault contact us on (02) 49515715 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the problem. A photo may be required depending on the issue, once proven you will be provided with a full refund.
In regards to clothing and other items – as sizes and measurements have been provided, if an item does not fit, another size can be provided (if available) but postage costs of returning the item and to have the alternate item sent will be borne by the customer.
This refund and exchange policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Navaho Designs will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
